Sundays

Being Janmashtami, Saturday night dragged on way beyond midnight. So it was a very late Sunday morning when the curtains were drawn to let the 'Sun' day in. It was mainly spent vegetating in front of the TV while downing beer.
Sunday evenings are the time my son and I catch up on his school work so far. He's currently learning to write the letters of the alphabet. Its funny how he's picked up somethings right and wrong. He's learnt to write from A all the way till S. However, while singing the 'ABC' song, he pronounces the 'HIJKLMNOP' part as 'HIJKLOMENOP'. So, while writing it, he thinks L is followed by O and so are M and N. Its nerve-wracking to get him to unlearn that and learn the right thing. We're both trying and trying each other's patience too alongside!
